We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe that content on Zunderwork infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you can submit a report through this page.

Copyright reports

If you believe that user-uploaded content on Zunderwork infringes your copyright, you can submit a report to our designated agent. Your report should include: a description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed, the exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information (name, address, email address, and phone number), a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, and a statement that the information in the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Trademark reports

For trademark infringement reports, you can follow the same procedure as for copyright reports. Include in your report the registered trademark, registration number, and jurisdiction of registration.

Other intellectual property rights

For reports concerning other intellectual property rights, such as patents or trade secrets, you can contact us at the email address below with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Procedure after receipt

Upon receiving a valid report, we will investigate the allegedly infringing content and, if necessary, remove it or block access to it. We will inform the user who posted the content about the report and give them the opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was unjustified.
