European data protection rights

As a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains how you can exercise these rights.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure of your data ('right to be forgotten'), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and rights related to automated decision-making and profiling.
Right of access
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. We provide this information in a commonly used electronic format.
Right to erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data. Please note that we may need to retain certain data for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another controller.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
