As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 (1) TMG. We are not responsible for content created, uploaded, or shared by our users on the Zunderwork platform, including courses, lessons, videos, images, and any text or input submitted by learners or administrators. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity, and we cannot be held liable for such user-generated content. Liability is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known to us. Upon notification of corresponding infringements via [email protected], we will remove the offending content immediately.
