The workshop ends. The material does not have to.

Send the pre-work before they arrive, give every participant the handbook and the recording afterwards, and close the day with a test and a certificate that proves more than attendance.

What you get

Three things a follow-up email does not do

Zunderwork does not handle bookings or attendance. It is everything around the day itself.

They arrive prepared

Send the pre-work with the invitation, so everyone walks in having read the same thing. You are not spending the first hour on the basics for the two people who skipped it.

The handbook does not get lost

The slides, the recording and the exercises sit in one place they log into, for as long as you give them access, instead of an attachment in a mail from March.

A certificate that means something

Close the day with a test. A pass files a dated certificate, so what they take home says they understood it, not that they were in the room.

Your first hour

From sign-up to a group that is ready

Not a promise. The three screens you will actually be looking at.

  1. Turn your material into a course

The handbook, the slides and the recording go in with the block editor. Split it into the part they get before the day and the part they get after it.

  2. Invite the group

Your participants are not employees, so you invite them by email and give the group its own tag. They only ever see the courses that tag opens.

  3. See who is ready

Before the day you can see who did the pre-work. After it you see who passed. Reminders go out on their own, so you are not chasing people the night before.

The things people ask us first

Can I take bookings or register attendance?

No. Zunderwork has no dates, no seats and no attendance list, and it is not trying to be a booking tool. Keep booking the way you book now. This is the preparation, the material, the test and the certificate around the day.

My participants are not employees. Do they need an account?

Yes. You invite them by email and they only see the courses their group tag opens. They never see anything internal, and they get no access to the systems you run your company on.

I run a lot of groups. What does that cost?

Everyone with an account counts toward your plan, so the plan for 100 users covers a group of forty comfortably. Once a group is finished you can deactivate its participants to make room for the next one, and what they completed stays on record.

Can I use the same course for every group?

Yes. Build it once and give each new group its own tag. The material stays the same, the groups stay apart, and every group has its own overview.

What happens after the 30 days?

You pick a plan or you stop. No credit card up front, and every feature is in every plan, so the price only follows the number of users.
