What you get
Three things a shared drive stops doing at ten branches
Every location working from the same version, without you checking.
Write it once, land it everywhere
Head office builds the course. Every location gets exactly the same version, including the branch that opened last week and the manager who was on holiday when it changed.
A deadline per location
A branch in its first month does not have to be finished on the same day as one that has been open for years. Tag the location, give it its own window, and follow them apart.
Per branch, or the whole chain
Filter your people by location and you have that branch's list, with what each person has completed. Take the filter off and you have the chain. Nobody has to send you a status update.
Your first hour
From sign-up to a live rollout
Not a promise. The three screens you will actually be looking at.
Build it at head office
Drop in the manual, the product sheet or the deck that already goes round and turn it into a course with the block editor. One version, in one place.
Tag the locations
Assign by location tag rather than by person, mark the course required, and give a branch that just opened a longer window than the rest.
See where the gaps are
One overview covers the whole chain, and the same list filtered by location covers one branch. Reminders go out on their own, so a slow store does not need a phone call.
Before you sign up
The things people ask us first
Can a location manager see only their own branch?
Not yet. Anyone you make a manager sees the whole organization, so for now you filter the overview by location yourself or send a branch its own export. If per-location access is what decides it for you, tell us, because that is how we know where to take this next.
We are a franchise. Are the locations separate companies?
In Zunderwork they are one organization with a tag per location, and that is exactly what makes the single overview possible. If your franchisees have to keep their data strictly separate, they each need their own organization, and then the shared overview goes away. Ask us first and we will tell you which of the two fits.
A new location just opened. How much work is that?
Invite the new people and give them the location tag. Every course that tag makes required is waiting for them. You do not rebuild anything.
Our staff turn over quickly. Does that break the numbers?
No. Deactivate the people who left and the overview follows, while what they completed stays on record. Your plan counts the people who are active, so the space comes back when a season ends.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan or you stop. No credit card up front, and every feature is in every plan, so the price only follows the number of users.
