What you get
Three things an auditor asks for
And three things a spreadsheet cannot give you.
It comes back on its own
Set a course to repeat every 6, 12 or 24 months. Everyone who is due gets it again, without you keeping a calendar of your own.
A deadline per team
The night shift does not have to finish on the same day as the office. Tag a team, give it its own date, and track them apart.
Proof you can hand over
Export the whole overview when someone asks you to show it, instead of rebuilding it. Turn certificates on for a course and every pass files a dated one as well.
Your first hour
From sign-up to a live course
Not a promise. The three screens you will actually be looking at.
Bring the content you have
Drop in the safety PDF or the slide deck that is already circulating, and turn it into a course with the block editor.
Say who and by when
Assign by tag rather than by person, mark the course required for that team, and set the window they have to complete it in.
Stop chasing people
One overview tells you who is behind. Reminders go out on their own, and where you switched certificates on, every pass files its own.

The things people ask us first
My material is a PowerPoint. Is that a problem?
No. Build the course from what you have with the block editor, adding images, video and tables as you go. You do not need a course designer.
Can I prove completion to an auditor?
The overview of who completed what can be exported whenever it is asked for. Switch certificates on for the course and every pass produces a dated one on top of that.
Where does our data live?
In the European Union. Zunderwork is built in Rotterdam and hosted entirely within the EU, under the GDPR, and never shipped overseas.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan or you stop. No credit card up front, and every feature is in every plan, so the price only follows the number of users.
