Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get a full month free with up to 5 users, and no payment details are required to start. Set up your organization, build a course, and invite a few people to see if Zunderwork fits before you pay anything.

What counts as a user?

Everyone with an account counts toward your plan, including admins and course creators, not just learners. A team of 18 learners and 2 admins fits comfortably within the Small team plan.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

You can keep inviting people up to your plan's user limit, and the platform keeps working exactly as before. If you ever reach your file-upload limit, just reach out and we'll raise it for you at no extra cost.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between plans anytime as your team grows or shrinks, and everything is prorated, so you only pay for what you actually use. Your courses, progress, and data stay exactly as they were.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

No contract and no minimum term. You're billed monthly and can cancel whenever you like.

Are there any hidden or setup fees?

None. The monthly price is all you pay: no setup costs, no per-course charges, and no surprise add-ons. Every feature is included in every plan.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit or debit card, Wero (iDEAL), or PayPal.

Do the prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. You can enter your VAT number at checkout and, where it applies, VAT is deducted automatically.

What if my team is bigger than 100 users?
